MATLAB is a reasonably easy to learn but nonetheless powerful programming language particularly suitable for all sciences, including experimental psychology: You can perform data analysis, modelling and simulations but also use it to control your experiments and data acquisition. MALTAB has become a standard programming language in many sciences and having some MATLAB experience is a clear bonus in research and industry.
