Title Training of interpersonal skills
Description Please contact wolfgang.kaelin@psy.unibe.ch for requests regarding the undergraduate seminar.

The course will take place in combined lecture and exercise form. First, based on theoretical and empirical literature, we will work out what is meant by the concept of "social competence" and "socially competent behavior", which training methods exist, how to improve transfer and how to evaluate such trainings. This first part will be completed on March 28, 2024 with an exam that is mandatory for all participants.

Afterwards, the participants will take part in practical exercises. Within these practical lessons, the groups, which will be formed at the beginning of the semester, will elaborate specific topics and present them as trainings to the remaining students.
