Title Personnel marketing and selection: how employees and organizations find each other
Description This course focuses on the process of contacting and committing potential interested employees for the organization. Moreover, central personnel selection methods and tools (e.g., interviews, psychological tests, assessment center) will be explained and discussed. Besides basic knowledge we will also consider practical application issues and recent trends like digitization. The course provides an overview about one of the largest working fields of work and organizational psychology.
