Title |
The Social Psychology of Trust |
Description |
Trust in the partner, the colleague or the management of an organization is essential not only for the quality of interaction, but also for the productivity of our own behavior and the behavior of the group. But how is trust in other people or organzations built? Does trust develop gradually or are there qualitative leaps? Are control and sanctions counterproductive or necessary for the development of trust? And how can abused trust be restored? Questions like these will be discussed at this seminar. |
