Mindfulness - Clinical interventions and research methods |
Description |
This course provides a comprehensive overview of mindfulness based clinical interventions (e.g. MBCT, MBSR, MBRP) for various psychological disorders. In addition to the efficacy of these clinical approaches, more general questions regarding mindfulness and mental health, the psychological assessment of mindfulness, and approaches for basic research on mindfulness will be covered. This course also includes a practical introduction to the mindfulness exercises used in common clinical interventions. |
