Description |
Self-care is important not only for patients but also for therapists. In the seminar we will elaborate, why and how self-care for therapists could find its way into the psychotherapeutic everyday life. Phenomena such as stress management, self-esteem, well-being and burn-out will be discussed in relation to self-care. |
