Description |
The lecture aims at comprehending the field of Clinical Psychology with a focus on Abnormal Psychology. The lecture is based on the book of Wittchen & Hoyer (Clinical Psychology and Psychotherapy, 2011). A short historical overview is followed by definitions, concepts, etiological and intervention models, diagnostic classification, and research strategies. This lecture follows the lecture Psychopathology, which focusses on specific disorders. Psychopathology and Clinical Psychology are tested to together in a single exam (Modulprüfung). |
