Seminar personnel development |
| Description |
The main objective of the seminar is to take a closer look at selected methods of personnel development. These include, for example, competence development programs, mentoring or leadership training. In addition to reading scientific literature on the subject, practical exercises are also carried out. Evaluation of personnel development programs is another focus of the seminar. Current findings on the effectiveness of training and various evaluation strategies will be discussed. |
