The course will take place in combined lecture and exercise form. First, based on theoretical and empirical literature, we will work out what is meant by the concept of "social competence" and "socially competent behavior", which training methods exist, how to improve transfer and how to evaluate such trainings. This first part will be completed on April 22, 2022 with an exam that is mandatory for all participants.
Afterwards, the participants will take part in practical exercises. Within these practical lessons, the groups, which will be formed at the beginning of the semester, will elaborate specific topics and present them as trainings to the remaining students.
Introductory literature and literature to be prepared for the 1st lesson:

The lectures (1st part) take place - if possible - in face-to-face classes.
The exercises (2nd part) take place in face-to-face classes. If this is not possible during the semester, a two-day block course is planned after the end of the semester (lecture-free period) (exact time after mutual agreement). |
