Description |
Course with integrated excercise
This course focuses on the characteristics and specialities of the service industry with an emphasis on two major areas: First the efficient and effective support of selected services by information systems and second the process of designing and delivering IT services within the IT industry. Theoretical concepts as well as practical examples for information systems in the different phases of the service process are presented. Besides the necessary technical and economical basics the necessary theoretical basic knowledge of Service Science and Service Engineering is discussed and further explained by practical examples. This course is designed for students studying information systems or business administration.
The course is complemented with exercises. These are also part of the final grade.
