Leadership and Leader Development |
Description |
In almost all areas of work, leadership plays a decisive role in employee performance and satisfaction. In addition, organizational success crucially depends on the behavior of leaders. In this seminar, the most important approaches from leadership research (e.g. personality approaches vs. behavioral approaches) will be addressed and discussed. In addition, the seminar will focus on how to prepare leaders for their challenging job. Concepts of leadership competency development are given special consideration and embedded in the common practice of human resource development. Leadership training will be designed. |
