Description |
The in-depth seminar deals with how job analysis procedures can be used in the context of work design. Suitable job analysis techniques/instruments, their objectives, theoretical background, survey method(s) and test quality criteria will be discussed. Special emphasis is placed on the use of the discussed procedures in the context of corrective, preventive and prospective work design measures (as ways to more efficient, socially and health compatible work). |
