Social Psychopharmacology |
Description |
The seminar offers an introduction to psychopharmacology and an insight into the neurochemical determinants of social behavior. Based on selected studies participants learn how psychoactive substances alter neurochemical activity and influence psychological processes underlying social behavior. Furthermore, participants learn how social phenomena influence neurochemical activity.
Admission is open for students enrolled in the Master’s degree program in Psychology. Participants will acquire 5 ECTS credits if they hold a presentation and write a scientific essay. The seminar will be held in German, learning materials will be in English. |
