Mindfulness- and acceptance-based interventions in children and adolescents |
Description |
Mindfulness and acceptance-based interventions have become increasingly popular in recent years. This proseminar is devoted to the foundations and implementation of these approaches in children and adolescents. Thereby, we will focus on development-specific adaptations in different age groups, such as children, adolescents, young adults as well as their parents and on different contexts of practice, such as prevention programs in schools and psychotherapeutic interventions for mental disorders. During the proseminar, students will give short input lectures on selected topics and hand in a seminar paper after the seminar. |
