Title |
Management of family-owned companies |
Description |
Family-owned companies are characterised by the mutual influence of the two spheres "family" and "business". While families organize themselves according to completely different rules than companies, business criteria must, nevertheless, be considered with regard to the management of a family-owned company. The "Management of family-owned companies" lecture deals precisely with this field of tension and explains what solution mechanisms are available to family-owned companies in order to survive in the competitive market. |
