Description |
Managing new technologies and innovations successfully is a fundamental success factor for firms. Therefore, professional and functioning technology and innovation management processes are essential. In the lecture technology and innovation management elementary knowledge is taught and central issues of technology and innovation management in the context of firms are discussed. The lecture also deals with practical challenges in the implementation of technology and innovation projects. The aim of the lecture is to provide students with important theoretical basics as well as an overview of typical tasks of technology and innovation management. |
