Description |
In this lecture, central perspectives on the topic of sustainability in organizations will be conveyed. Starting with highlighting the necessity of sustainability concepts and strategies in businesses, addressing the problems and solutions for organizational design, and moving on to the analysis and discussion of measures to promote sustainable behavior. The significance of different contexts and stakeholders, the application of these concepts, and possible interventions to enhance sustainable behavior in organizations will be presented using theoretical concepts and numerous practical examples.
Drawing on current research findings and case studies from practice, comprehensive knowledge in the field of sustainability in business will be imparted, fostering a problem-solving and solution-oriented mindset. Students will be capable of discussing current issues and developments in the field of sustainability in organizations and evaluating measures to promote sustainable behavior.
Additionally, students will have the opportunity to work on one business case study in the area of sustainability and discuss their approach directly with the representatives from the companies. |
