Language Development (online course) |
Description |
Content: This proseminar provides a broad and in-depth look at the major topics in language development, including a description of the milestones of language development. Language theories as well as phonological, lexical and grammatical aspects of development will be addressed. Furthermore, biological and culture-specific basics of development are discussed. In addition to fundamental findings on language development, research results from the current literature are covered.
Target group: Bachelor students
Requirements: Successful attendance of the proseminar is rewarded with 4 ECTS points and requires literature work as preparation for the individual sessions, the completion of work assignments as well as presentation work. By the end of semester, a written paper (6-8 p.) must be handed in, which will serve as the decisive basis for the grading.
Registration: Registration must be made through KSL. The registration is binding and cannot be cancelled or changed.
Please note: In this proseminar, a substantial written preparation assignment must be completed between 13.2.2024 and 23.2. 2024. Proseminar information will be sent out on 12.2.2024 and must be read carefully. |
