Title |
Bias Interventions in Practice |
Description |
In this course, innovative and evidence-based solutions on the topic of "Navigating Equal Opportunity in Today's Personnel Selection and HR" are planned and implemented independently in small groups. The questions of the seminar are dealt with in the context of a case, which is provided and accompanied by the practice partner Lufthansa Systems FlightNav AG. This enables course participants to engage in case-based learning and gain insights into transfer-orientated research assignments. In terms of content, the business case deals with biases in personnel selection processes. This includes: theoretical preparatory work, training conception and implementation (in English), presentation of results and reporting. The course offers a unique opportunity to combine theory and practice during your studies. |
