Conflict and Conflict Management |
Description |
Interpersonal conflicts are commonplace and sometimes constructive. However, they can also escalate to the point of violence and criminal acts. This course will look at the structural conditions and psychological processes that lead to conflict resolution or escalation. We will discuss different forms of (constructive) conflict management and their possible applications.
Prerequisites for the acquisition of 5 ECTS credits are:
1. regular active participation in the sessions (maximum two absences)
2. organization of one seminar session (group work)
3. passing the final examination |
