Description |
The course focuses on analytical methods for the management and planning of projects. After an overview of the characteristics of projects, approaches to managing the conception, definition, planning, control and execution phases of projects are discussed.
The course is based on the flipped classroom concept. A screencast and exercises will be made available online on ILIAS for each of the individual units, the content of which will first be worked through in self-study and then deepened in interactive classroom lessons. During the course, students have the opportunity to apply the methods they have learned to practical problems in graded assignments. Detailed information on the organization is available at https://www.pqm.unibe.ch/studies/courses/pm. |
