Einführung in die Methoden, die Forschungsgeschichte und die Ergebnisse der Palästina-Archäologie (d.h. der Siedlungsarchäologie), auch mit Blick auf die ideologischen und politischen Spannungsfelder, zwischen denen sie sich bewegt. Der ins Auge gefasste Zeitraum - ca. 2000 vC bis ca. 750 nC - wird auf ca. 1300 – 300 vC fokussieren.
