Emotions in Clinical Psychology |
| Description |
Clinical psychology deals with emotions that are qualitatively or quantitatively "inappropriate" and affect the well-being of an individual and/or their environment. This seminar deals with distinctive features in emotional experience and emotion regulation of various disorders (especially affective disorders). We work out differences and similarities between the disorders. Finally, emotion-focused therapy for the transdiagnostic treatment of emotional disorders is discussed. |
