Block Course: 18. - 22. August 2025
By arrangement. Number of participants: 16. Priority a) MSc and b) BSc students who have taken 26396 (Quaternary Climate Change and Terrestrial Ecosystems: Concepts and Observations).
This course can also be attended by master and PhD students of the Graduate School of Climate Sciences.
Excursion to important Swiss sites of paleoclimatic and paleoecologic research. Students and teachers will discuss the main results and interpretations taking into account the local setting of the sites. Students should gain an overview over the climatic and environmental dynamics in Switzerland during the past 20000 years.
Registration latest until March 15, 2025.
Cancellation after 23.04.2025: fee to cover costs must be paid. |
