| Description |
The course forms an introduction to scientific work in human resource management research. Students deal in depth with a special topic of human resource management (e.g. health management, leadership, performance). Based on the overall topic, sub-topics are dealt with in groups of three on the basis of a structured literature review. In the process, the participants write a proseminar paper and present their results in a corresponding final session.
Attention: attending the course in presence is mandatory!
