Description If you have any questions about the (in-depth)seminar, please contact wolfgang.kaelin@unibe.ch

Teamwork is an integral part of everyday work in most companies these days. Well-functioning interactions between employees (of all hierarchical levels) are therefore often considered the key to success. This in-depth seminar will therefore focus on the acquisition of knowledge in basic theories and concepts of teamwork. Likewise, different forms of group work (e.g., semi-autonomous work groups, quality circles), prerequisites for successful group work as well as advantages and disadvantages of teamwork will be elaborated. Finally, team development/training, management and performance will be looked at in more detail in theory and practice.
