| Description |
This course covers important multivariate statistical models and procedures. The course builds on knowledge acquired in the courses Statistics I-III, especially model comparisons. Topics are: 1) Hierarchical Linear Models; 2) Exploratory Factor Analysis and Principal Component Analysis; and 3) Confirmatory Factor Analysis and Linear Structural Equation Modelling. Lecture and practical parts (i.e., data analytical implementation using R) alternate in this course. For the practical parts a notebook with current versions of R and RStudio installed is required. |
