| Title |
Persuasion in Communication |
| Description |
Have you ever wondered why some messages change minds, while others bounce off as background noise? In today’s media-saturated world, the ability to craft and recognize persuasive communication is more than a useful skill: it’s essential. This course invites you to explore how persuasion works in everyday life: from social media campaigns to interpersonal conversation, from marketing messages to political appeals. This course explores the fundamental theories and practices of persuasion. The course combines theoretical lectures with practice-based sessions, where the students use their theoretical knowledge to analyze real-world examples and create a persuasive campaign on their own.
