Title |
'Omics', From genomes to metabolomes |
Description |
The lecture intends to give an overview of the concepts in systems biology and of the omics-methods and their applications in basic and applied research. Concerning sustainability we provide a double lesson on "digital sustainability". In the first part the definition of "digital sustainability" is explained (properties of the digital good, properties of the ecosystem, impacts on the society ). In the second part the topic is deepened with relevant examples (digital sustainability in bioinformatics, what are sustained databases). |
