Atmospheric and Aerosol Chemistry |
Description |
The course offers an introduction to the structure of the atmosphere, atmospheric composition, general circulation and transport. Principles of spectroscopy, photochemistry, and chemical kinetics are discussed. Further topics include gas-phase organics, aerosols, cloud formation, stratospheric ozone, acid deposition, atmospheric chemistry and climate, and geo-engineering.
To attend this lecture you should have some knowledge in general chemistry.
