Advanced Lecture Work and Organizational Psychology I |
Description |
The lecture is compulsory for all students in the first semester of the Master's programme with the main/ or supplementary module Industrial and Organisational Psychology. Building on knowledge from the Bachelor's programme, central topics of occupational, personnel and organisational psychology are presented in depth. Topics covered include: Career choice and development, human resource development; work motivation; work performance; older workers; work-family interaction. Additional topics will be covered in Advanced Lecture II in the spring semester.
The lecture will be offered as a podcast, in combination with live on-site discussion dates.
The first appointment on 9/21-22 will be live via Zoom and will introduce the program and the lecture schedule (duration approximately 45 minutes).
The on-site discussion sessions will include a discussion of questions about the lecture, exercises on the lecture content, and discussion of the required literature. |
