Description |
Within this seminar basic knowledge of applied research in work and organizational psychology will be discussed.
The seminar is obligatory for students within the first semester of master studies in work and organizational psychology. Different methods and analyses of work and organizational psychology will be discusses by original literature, inputs, and group work. Exemplary topics are selection of interesting research topics and theory building, longitudinal study design, use of controls, multi-level studies, or meta-analyses. |
