Description Due to the increasing dynamics in the world of work, individuals are increasingly responsible for shaping their own careers. Self-directed career management is thus becoming an important factor for success and satisfaction in professional life. This seminar will cover intervention options for increasing engagement and skills to shape one's career. Students will develop ideas for brief interventions and apply them in practice.
