Prerequisites for participation: Completion of BSc and at least 2 successfully passed advances MA lectures from the core program.
This course is designed to integrate and link the content from the two advanced lectures in the Master's program (Advanced Lecture I and II in Work and Organizational Psychology). The knowledge of the lectures and the knowledge of the basic literature is a prerequisite and basis for discussing practice-related case studies. On the one hand, networked thinking is promoted and on the other hand, a reference to practice is created. The integrative seminar is part of the core program at the Department of Work and Organizational Psychology. All students who have already successfully completed at least the 2 advanced lectures and have more than 15 credits within the A&O program are eligible to participate. 4 ECTS are awarded for the “Integrative work group in Work and Organizational Psychology”. Active participation is expected. The case studies, which are solved as group work on the one hand and as individual work on the other hand, count as evidence of academic achievement and constitute the grade.
