Title |
Hormones and the human social behavior |
Description |
Do we become more selfish when we are under stress?
Are we showing less empathy after a sleepless night?
Our social behavior is influenced by our momentary state which includes the hormones’ level.
In this seminar, we use current research to study the role of hormones on socially relevant behaviors, like trust, altruism, aggression, ingroup love, outgroup hate, among other things.
