The central contents of the in-depth seminar are the scientific basics of an assessment center as well as the development of an assessment center. In the first few hours of the seminar, literature on the topic will be compiled. In the main part of the seminar, assessment centers are developed by the participants themselves. Partial results and the final AC are presented. |
