Module: Preparation Courses
Course registration: students of the Master's Program Biomedical Engineering are given preference. PhD students, students from other study programs or guest students are admitted to this course if free places are available.

Course Type:
• Exercises to be solved by the students and then the solution discussed in class.
• For a few topics a frontal presentation in class is given, followed by exercises.
Prerequisites:
• Skill(s): Mathematics from a Bachelor program
Required Material or Equipment:
• Laptop with Matlab installed. BME students can download a free Matlab license. Other students can buy a student version on www.mathworks.com.
Distribution of Course Materials:
• Course materials are regularly posted on Ilias (www.ilias.unibe.ch).
• Other: a list of the topics and the day they will be presented will be on Ilias and updated on a regular basis.

• Academic dishonesty, plagiarism, and any other kind of fraud will lead to the exclusion from the course.
• No internet access during lectures
