Title |
Specialist Course - Biomedical Laser Applications |
Description |
Over the past decades, lasers have become increasingly important in various different medical disciplines. In this lecture you will learn about several state-of-the-art techniques and understand how the properties of laser light – spatial and temporal coherence, monochromaticity, and short-pulsed operation – provide spatial selectivity, material selectivity, and temporal selectivity of laser-tissue interaction for both diagnostic and therapeutical applications. |
