Description |
Only lectures will be recorded and made available to students.
Priority rules for course registration: 1. Students with MM Biomechanics 2. Other BME students. 3. MSc Artificial Intelligence in Medicine students 4. GCB students. Students from other programs or auditors who might register will be removed from the course.

Attendance rules
• While attendance to the lectures is not mandatory, it is highly recommended as they thoroughly cover the essential content needed for the practical courses. Missing the lectures may impair your understanding and learning in the practical sessions.
• Attendance to the practical courses is mandatory.
Prerequisites:
• Course: Introductory Anatomy and Histology for Biomedical Engineers
Required Material or Equipment:
• White laboratory coat is mandatory for the practical course

• Course materials are regularly posted on Ilias (www.ilias.unibe.ch)
Textbook(s) and other Reading Material:
• Download and access the app "Complete Anatomy" von 3D4Medical, which has been licensed by the Medical Library of the University of Bern:

• An atlas of musculoskeletal anatomy is highly recommended but not mandatory
Course Policies and Classroom Rules of Conduct:
• Academic dishonesty, plagiarism, and any other type of fraud will result in expulsion from the course and/or a failing grade (grade of 1) on the exam.
• Punctuality is a priority
• No radios, audio/cd players, headphones
• No food or drinks during practical courses
• Visual recordings of any kind are prohibited during practical courses
• As a courtesy, you must notify the instructor by email of your absence from the lecture or practical course. |
