| Description |
The aim of this seminar is to read theoretical and empirical literature to develop content-based and process-oriented characteristics of organizational conflicts at work. In particular, the causes and/or conditions, the progression and the management of conflicts will be discussed. Building on this, preventive strategies for avoiding conflicts will be discussed in depth.
The literature will be announced at the first seminar date.
