Description |
Die Vorlesung behandelt den biologischen Informationsfluss von der DNA über die RNA zum Protein und dessen vielfältige Regulationsmechanismen. Struktur, Synthese und Reparatur der DNA, Synthese (Transkription) und Prozessierung von mRNA sowie Synthese (Translation) und Modifikationen von Proteinen sind die zentralen Themen dieser Vorlesung. Die Regulation der Genexpression bei Gesundheit und Krankheit (SARS-CoV-2) wird ebenfalls diskutiert. |
