| Description |
The course provides an introduction to scientific work in human resources research. The students deal in depth with a special topic of human resources management (e.g. health management, leadership, professional performance). Based on a given overarching theme, subtopics are worked on in groups of three or four in a systematic literature review. The participants write a seminar paper and present the results at a corresponding final event.
