Evaluation |
Description |
Evaluations have far-reaching effects in areas such as education, social services, administration, business or politics. An evaluation is a systematic analysis and assessment of the design, implementation, and impact of diverse objects such as laws, policies, programs, services, or organizations.
Psychologists have the metholological knowledge to develop evaluations. Nevertheless, conducting an evaluation is challenging for many reasons.
In this course, knowledge about design, implementation as well as implications of evaluations will be conveyed. For this purpose, existing evaluations will be examined and evaluation-designs will be developed.
The block seminar is very practice-oriented and invites students to tackle complex social, legal or organizational issues. The lecturer is a psychologist and manages a company. |
