Title AMM: Money of rulers, money of cities - Introduction to the archaeological numismatics of the Hellenistic period
Description The seminar aims to familiarize participants with the monetary history and numismatics of the Hellenistic period (ca. 336-30 BC). On the one hand, the most important coins of this period will be examined in their historical and archaeological context. In addition, the resulting questions and aspects of the history of interpretation will also be discussed.
