Title |
Career management: developing evidence-based workshops for students (in-depth seminar) |
Description |
After completing their studies, students have to decide on a specific professional field and a specific job or career path. There is often a certain amount of uncertainty when making this decision. There are many reasons for this. In this seminar, we will examine the literature on students' career decisions. On the other hand, group workshops will be developed in which students' career decisions and planning will be supported. These workshops should be well-founded and evidence-based. The seminar has the overarching goal of addressing and bridging the science-practitioner gap.
