Description |
The basic methodological concepts of experimental psychology are described and explained with the help of examples. In particular, the experiment, which is considered the most important method in psychology is addressed. Topics covered are: research question and hypothesis formation, operationalization, independent and dependent variables, confounding variables and their control, experimental designs (single and multifactorial designs), main effects and interactions, field and quasi-experiments. |
