Work from home, open office, part-time and flexible forms of work as well as agile working and holacracy are on the rise. The COVID-19 pandemic was a catalyst. The seminar focuses on developments in Switzerland based on recent publications and discusses the significance of the developments for occupational health and the quality of life. |
