The lecture "Legal Ethics" in the fall semester of 2025 focuses on the topic "AI, Ethics, and Society." It addresses the ethical, legal, and societal challenges arising from the use of artificial intelligence. Central questions of technology ethics and legal philosophy are discussed, including algorithmic decision-making, data protection, gaps in responsibility, democratic legitimacy, and social justice. No prior knowledge of ethics or legal ethics is required; a technical background in AI is not necessary. |
