Title |
Ethics in Jurisprudence |
Description |
The lecture "Ethics in Jurisprudence" deals with topics of applied legal philosophy (e.g. climate protection, animal rights, pre-implantation diagnostics, suicide). As a basis for this, individual schools of legal philosophy are considered (consequentialism, dentology) and certain means of argumentation are analyzed (slippery-slope argumentation, traditionalist arguments, communitarian arguments). Previous knowledge of legal ethics is not required. |
