Proseminar Organization |

The Proseminar Organization prepares you optimally for writing a bachelor’s thesis at the Organization Department of the IOP.
In this Proseminar, you learn about key steps of the scientific research process in experimental organizational research. The seminar centers on the replication of an experimental study. Working in small groups, you engage with the relevant academic literature and develop and plan your own replication design based on it. The groups then conduct the experiment together in the seminar session and collect their own data. At the end, each group writes a group ‘Proseminararbeit’.
Note that presence is mandatory at all dates. The Proseminar will be conducted in person. Dates for HS2026 are still being set and may be subject to change if there are overlaps with other lectures.

The optional literature research workshop will be scheduled at a later date. |
