| Description |
The lecture introduces an overview of the societal challenges of Sustainable Development (SD). The main contemporary problems are laid out and put into historical context. The conception of SD is clarified by means of various concepts and strategies and put into the context of the global and national political discourse. It is shown how the content and methods of this course are aligned with the requirements specification of education for SD (UNESCO decade). |
